Purchase the base (sold separately) that attaches to your OE puck, then choose your prefered coupling method â the SuperLite Coupler (item #149018) with unique ball and funnel design or the Super 5th Coupler (item #149019) with automatic latching and locking rotary jaw sytem. The PullRite OEX 4820 Super 5th Hitch Plate has 3 height adjustments. It features PullRite’s exclusive automatic latching and locking rotary jaw system, eliminating manual latches and the need to climb in and out of the bed of the truck. The head is easily removed from the top of the rocker arm by removing 2 pins, reducing the weight of hitch by 45 lbs. SAE J2638 tested to 25K.
