Its the easiest option for quick hookup and disconnect. Ideal for motorhome-mounted tow bars. Note: If you’re using a Stowmaster, Tracker, Guardian Rock Shield, or Tow Defender #4700, choose the Crossbar-Style. Crossbar-Style: Designed for use with Roadmaster tow bars and accessories that require a crossbar or quick-disconnect system. This is the required option for car-mounted tow bars. Roadmaster 523206-5 Baseplate Kit Fits the Following Vehicles· 2021-2023 Chevrolet Trail Blazer – Fits L, LS, LT & ACTIV models with 1.3 turbo only. No RS. No Nudge Bar. – Trimming of spoiler, air dam, bumper, grill, skid plate or plastic fascia may be required on some models of this vehicle. – Trimming of the shock absorption pad, active air shutter or louver housing, lower air dam, inner cooler housing, air deflector, reinforcement, cowling, frame, winch bracket and/or rock guard is required. – This is a direct-connect baseplate, to which any motorhome-mounted Roadmaster tow bar will attach. It neither uses nor will it accommodate Roadmaster’s crossbar. As a result, there are no mounting points for Stowmaster tow bars, some Guardians or Tow Defender part 4700. Tow Defender part #4750 will fit. In some cases, Roadmaster makes a crossbar version of this baseplate that will accommodate these products.
